"I have written a review in the past for Nick Devries and his team at State Farm. I want to add another review that is recent. I had an unfortunate incident with my dog, where I needed to make a claim. This was no fault of mine, or my dogs. We were in our own yard with a privacy fence. She did not get out of the yard. As a homeowner, I did everything right. Several months after the claim was made, I received notification that I had to remove my dog from the property and provide proof, or they would not be renewing my home owners policy. Sandy and Nick went to bat for me and I sent them the report from animal control, along with pictures of my yard and fence. I received a call today that I do not have to get rid of my dog and they will renew my policy! This was a lot of team work to get this reversed. I appreciate all the time and effort to keep me as a customer. I have been with State Farm since 2009!! Nick and Sandy are two of the best people to work with! I have been with Nick Devries -State Farm for almost 10 years. I have three boys that had many car related insurance claims, hail damage to my home and most recently a mechanic related damage to my vehicle...they were so easy to work with and everything was done in a swift manner...I LOVE YOU GUYS!
